Bio: Faisal has over 16 years of experience covering a wide range of sectors including Retail, Banking, Wealth Management, Telecommunications, and Travel & Hospitality. He has led multiple complex test projects across the globe for some of the leading clients.

In his current role, he is working as a Head of QA at ICF Next, where his key focus is to implement an ”Automation-First” approach and to transform testing into a “QAOps” model.
