Bio: Ramanath Shanbhag heads the Test Center for Digital Service Business at Ericsson India and manages its delivery across Market Areas. He is also the Digital services location head for Bangalore. In his two and half decades of experience, he had worked at Ericsson, Mindtree, Microsoft, Aditi Technologies, and HP.
He is an advisor to clients, and with his exceptional ability to connect the dots has managed to turn-around several projects from troubled situations. Testing Business has seen significant growth since he joined Ericsson in Apr 2017 where he has created The Test Leadership Development Program, Test Metrics dashboard, and Test Automation standardization. Estimation models created have helped improve response to proposals and provide upfront saving during the pre-sales phase.
He has comprehensive experience in Strategic Planning, Test Delivery Management, Test Automation, Process Management, Quality Control, Project Management, Market Recognition, Client Relations Management, Cross Functional Coordination, People Management and Team Management. He has created innovative & award-winning solutions using open-source technologies to solve challenges in the testing landscape.
