Category Sponsorship Package - ₹8,00,000 (+ GST EST.)

  • All Documentation produced and distributed during ‘call for entries’ and the promotional campaign for the awards, including all advertisements, email campaigns, correspondence with entrants, judges and partners will contain your logo and link to a dedicated profile page on the awards website
  • Regular exposure and announcements regarding the awards via 31 Media’s social media channels/handles will periodically mention your partnership (30k circ) and contain hashtags and links.
  • A company profile to appear on the awards website with contact information, weblink, and promotional information as provided.
  • Branding and prominent logo presence to appear on the awards website.
  • Full use of awards logo
  • Banner announcement welcoming you as a sponsor to the awards.
  • Your chosen category will be associated to your business with logo presence and link
  • Your sponsorship will include 5 category entries, that we ask and strongly suggest you provide to your customers.
  • i.e. Best AI for Sustainable Development – sponsored by ‘Your Company Name’
  • Your company logo will be displayed around the event on screens, table plans, and on the ‘Welcome Slide’ that visitors view when they enter the main dining area.
  • Your company will be name checked at the beginning of the event by 31 Media’s CEO and where possible through the course of the evening.
  • Your company logo will continue to be displayed during the awards presentation where possible
  • Your chosen sponsored category will carry your company logo on the main screens during the event and when your category presentation comes up.
  • A representative from your business will be invited to present to the winner of your category and subsequently have a professional photographer take images.
  • The trophy of your sponsored category will carry your company name.
  • Your company will be profiled in the dinner brochure to include logo.
  • Access for up to 10 people will be provided to the pre-event reception drinks.
  • A table of 10 will be provided to include a 3-course meal and a minimum half-bottle of wine per person.
  • Slide Show Promotion – The awards are split in two halves with the main meal of the evening lasting approximately 1.5 hours. A looping slide show of up to 10 minutes can be played on the main screens during this period. This will be played a minimum of 4 times during the meal.
  • Increase the number of entries from 5 to 8 please.
  • Centre piece branding – your logo will be prominently displayed on the table centre piece that carries the table number.
  • 1 x giveaway may be placed at each table setting  of the table that is included in your category sponsorship only (if literature 1 x A4 double sided sheet maximum).
  • 15% discount on any additional entries purchased.

  • The winner’s announcement will contain your company logo and link to the profile on the awards website.
