Headline Sponsorship package

  • All documentation produced and distributed during ‘call for entries’ and promotional campaign for the awards will include the headline sponsors logo.
  • A prominent profile to appear on the awards website, with links, logos, and downloads.
  • Any subsequent editorial, press releases, nomination/entry forms announcing the winners will carry the headline sponsor branding.
  • Unlimited use of the awards logo and brand association.
  • During the telemarketing campaign that invites businesses/individuals to enter the headline sponsor will be mentioned where possible.
  • A dedicated press release will be distributed to the community announcing the headline sponsors participation.
  • The opportunity to invite a member of the sponsor's business to be on the judging panel (other judges are end users with the headline sponsor being the only permitted vendor).
  • All communication in the lead up to the evening to include invitations/tickets will include the headline sponsor branding.

  • Headline sponsor branding will appear on the opening slide presentation and on slides periodically through the evening.
  • The headline sponsors logo will be prominently displayed on table plans and signage around the venue.

  • A speaking slot will be allocated at the beginning of the event as a ‘word from our headline sponsor’ where the nominated person will address the audience.
  • A representative will be on stage to present the main award of the evening ‘The North American Software Testing Award’ that will also carry the headline sponsors branding.
  • 1 x VIP table of ten places will be included for the headline sponsor. 
  • A professional photograph will be provided of the headline sponsor’s table.
  • The main award of the evening will be named after your business i.e. ‘Your Company Name’ North American Software Testing Award.
  • The headline sponsor will have a full profile in the awards evening programme (provided to each place setting) to include your logo on the front cover.
  • The awards are split in two halves with the main meal of the evening lasting approximately 1.5 hours. A slide show of up to 10 minutes can be played on the main screen during this period. This will be played a minimum of 4 times during the meal.

  • Regular exposure and announcements regarding the awards via 31 Media’s content verticals will periodically mention your partnership (50K+ circ).
  • A company profile to appear on the awards website with contact information, weblink, and promotional information as provided.
  • Branding and prominent logo presence to appear on the awards website.
  • Access to full use of awards logo.
  • Banner announcement welcoming you as a sponsor to the awards.
  • Your chosen category will be associated to your business with logo presence and link i.e. Best Agile Project – sponsored by ‘Your Company Name’.
